Training programs are designed to expose participants with various
electrophoresis techniques individually. Experts guidance, appropriate
facilities, participants interaction are available readily to
learn variety of electrophoresis techniques. The Institute is
located in a quiet and clean atmosphere. It is a great opportunity
to learn Electrophoresis amidst a memorable environment.

Topics
The course
will be primarily practical oriented. Various electrophoresis
techniques employed routinely from Clinical medicine to Biotechnology
laboratories will be covered. The Course faculty consists of
experts in the field from Madurai Kamaraj University and Anna
University.

Course Details
The Electrophoresis
Institute, Yercaud conducts two type of short term courses.
The regular course (Short-term program) is designed for one
week and the other course (Summer program) is designed for 10
days. All the Post Graduate students, Research scholars, Lab
Technicians, Faculties are eligible for both the courses.

Yercaud
Yercaud
is one of the best hill stations in South India (4800 feet above
MSL). It is well connected by road & railways. It is very
close to Salem (30KM), the nearest railway station. Salem City,
the 4th largest city in Tamilnadu is well connected to Chennai
(300 KM), Bangalore (200 KM) and Coimbatore (175 KM) The Electrophoresis
Institute is located in the heart of Yercaud Town. Day temperature
during May will be around 250C . There are many sightseeing places
in and around Yercaud like, BSI- Orchidarium, Horticultural research
stations, Lake, view points, Temples etc. |
